Meeting Location and Accommodations


The Westin Cincinnati


Room rate: $132 single occupancy

Rate does not include applicable state and local tax of 17.5%.

Rate guaranteed until 5:00pm eastern time on August 28, 2017 or until the Room Block is full, whichever occurs first.


Note: $132 rate is SOLD OUT for some days- please call or email Lashonda.Howard@WestinCincinnati.com to book your reservation and the remaining days will be charged a discounted rate of $174.

Please Note: There is currently an early departure fee of 50% of the daily guestroom rate plus applicable taxes.  Guests have up until and including check-in to change departure date without penalty.


Parking: Convenient valet and self-parking is available.  Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

Valet Parking (overnight): $28.00 per day

Valet Parking (Short Term 8am-5pm): $21.00 per day

Self-Parking in Garage: $15.00 per day

Dayton International Airport (DAY)

Transportation to and from the Cincinnati airport (CVG) is offered through various local taxi companies
