FDA Forensic Chemistry Center (OH) – Quality Systems Specialist

9 May 2022 2:10 PM | MAFS Webmaster (Administrator)

The Forensic Chemistry Center (FCC) is FDA's only laboratory dedicated to forensic analysis of FDA regulated products. FCC's staff consists of talented analytical scientists who excel at creative thinking and problem solving. FCC contributes to FDA's mission to protect public health by performing forensic sample analysis, method development for emerging or novel problems, evaluation of new analytical technologies for regulatory analysis, and analytical response for public health emergencies.  FCC is accredited by ANAB for Forensic Testing and is in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements. FCC is seeking a laboratory scientist with experience working in an accredited laboratory who can assist with review/update of standard operating procedures, internal audits, and continuous improvement efforts. Because FCC’s work is unique amongst forensic testing laboratories, we require a quality professional who can help us comply with accreditation requirements while maintaining the unique capabilities that our customers require.
