• To apply for a new associate membership, a new regular membership, or a student membership, please select the appropriate level below and hit the “next” button to continue.
• To apply for promotion to regular or emeritus membership status, please contact the MAFS Membership Chair at mafsmembership@gmail.com for an eligibility check and the proper form.
• The deadline for applications to become an associate or regular member, along with promotion to regular or emeritus is by January 1st each year.
