Exhibitor booth fees, which include two registrations, will be $1200. Additional Exhibitor Registrations beyond those already included will be $300.
The meeting registration fees include attendance and meals at the following events to be held Wednesday, September 11th thru Friday September 13th, 2024:
Wednesday, September 11th - Exhibitor's Reception
Thursday, September 12th - Breakfast with the Exhibitors, Plenary Session, Business Meeting/Lunch, Scientific Sessions, and the Gala/Dinner
Friday, September 13th - Breakfast
*These fees do not include workshops (see below).

Workshops will be held Monday, September 9th – Wednesday, September 11th, 2024.
